What to Expect
The LightSheer Desire required no topical anesthetic, short treatment time, and effective results. It does not require any messy gels when treating large areas. During treatment, a laser pulse targets and damages the hair follicle, while the surrounding tissues remain unharmed. The LightSheer allows for customized treatments by utilizing two different handpieces and two different wavelengths. ChillTip™ technology uses an integrated Sapphire cooling system that cools the skin before treatment, to help ensure effective results.
Following treatment, patients may experience redness and swelling, which should resolve quickly. Multiple treatments are required to achieve permanent hair reduction.
